Scarlet is Carmella's daughter and the second miniature horse in the CTRC herd. She is curious, VERY cute and loves to be around people - the center of the action. She is in training to join Carmella as a Mini Trooper.

Scarlett also takes trips off-site to places like Friends of Autism Spectrum Disorders Day and seems to understand her touch and gentleness are big medicine for those that are near.
