Community Groups
CTRC is a strong supporter of our surrounding communities. We invite schools, recreation, therapy or other groups to get involved. Groups may elect from one of two plans offered and may choose to combine therapeutic riding with un-mounted activities, such as grooming, tacking, equine education, and team-building. Group therapists / educators / providers are encouraged to be involved. Both plans include two hours of pre-session planning time and weekly communication with instructor(s). Groups can be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:30-3:30.

Plan One
One instructor conducts a class for one group of up to 4 or 5 participants, depending on ability level. Activities are scheduled for each class. Ride time is up to 1.5 hours / week.
Plan Two
Two instructors conduct classes simultaneously in groups of up to 4 or 5 participants (maximum 8-10 total), depending on ability level. Activities are scheduled for each class. Ride time is up to 2.5 hours / week.
