Rider Registration
At CTRC rider registration is open to current riders, past riders and riders who have successfully completed an evaluation. Registration is held four times a year - prior to the start of
each session and may be mailed, faxed or handed in
at CTRC. We have two categories of registration:
Early Registration-
Is available only to current riders in
the Hippo Therapy and Therapeutic Riding program. It
is held during the last week of session in which
Registration packets will be handed out to the
riders during their last ride of the session.
Registration packets will be mailed out to any
riders that do not show for the last lesson. Early
registration lasts for a week and provides a chance
to secure a spot before the first come first serve
implementation of open registration. *Please note if one
is eligible for early registration but does not register within
the set time frame their registration will fall
under the rules for open registration.
Open Registration-
Is available to past riders and riders having successfully completed an on-site evaluation at CTRC. Open Registration is held for two weeks following the initial week of early registration and is conducted on a first come first serve basis.
Payment is required at the time of registration. If you work with an agency, need to set up a payment plan or have applied for a scholarship please indicate so on the payment portion of the registration form.
Shortly after registration is closed confirmation letters confirming the rider, day, time and instructor will be sent out.
