Lean and Natural Beef. 1/4 Beeve!
Cwm Ceffyl Ranch has provided a quarter beeve from one of their Texas Longhorn steers. Their beef is raised and finished 100% on grass. They use no artificial growth stimulants and give no preventative antibiotics. This beef is very lean and the quarter includes roasts, steaks, ground beef, and fajita meat.
Beautiful Hand Painted Saddle
From the Artist, Sasha Wynfield. “There is nothing like being on the property at the Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center. The minute I pull into the dirt parking lot, I see it; the massive, single tree, bifurcated and reaching to the sky, proudly rooted in the center of what is humbly known as the “tree pasture.” The emerald grass beneath our feet, the cobalt skies above our heads; there is no other place quite like this iconic landscape. When Lindsey, our Ops Manager, decides to turn out the horses into the tree pasture, almost instantly the landscape becomes fuller of life. As I watch the horses graze, heads-down, nibbling methodically and with purpose; I often wish they would stay still for just a moment more, but they don’t; they can’t. All the while the tree stays still, as if it were keeping watch, protecting, as the horses circle the wooden mass almost religiously. In that moment, you can watch the entire circle of life in that pasture alone. While I do not imagine I will ever see an opportunity for these beautiful creatures to stay still, I have tried to capture that sentiment as purely as possible in this saddle.
The medium of the saddle is oil on leather. Art décor piece only, not to be used for riding.

HAND CRAFTED BEAD AND HORSEHAIR BRACELET
This 5-wrap genuine leather bracelet was created just for CTRC by artist Jill Adair. It is adorned with 4mm blue Czech glass beads. The clasp is a hand painted czech glass button. She used found tail hairs from the CTRC herd to string the beads. This bracelet is a treasure!
